1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using Wunder Edit, the merchant agrees to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility and merchant responsibilities
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be authorised to manage the connected Shopify store. You are responsible for account security, authorised users, lawful catalogue content, accurate instructions and compliance with Shopify’s terms.
3. App licence and access
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Wunder Edit for internal business purposes. Access depends on a valid Shopify installation and the permissions needed for selected features.
4. Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans, limits, taxes, billing intervals and renewal terms will be shown before purchase and may be managed through Shopify billing. TODO: Confirm final prices, refund, cancellation, renewal, proration and failed-payment rules. No trial or promotional period applies unless expressly offered in the production billing flow.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe security, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, use the app unlawfully, interfere with others or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
6. Catalogue changes and merchant responsibility
You control the selections and edits submitted through Wunder Edit. Bulk changes can have significant commercial effects. Review changes, test unfamiliar workflows and verify important product, pricing and inventory updates in Shopify. You remain responsible for catalogue accuracy and storefront outcomes.
7. Backups and verification
Maintain appropriate records or exports where commercially necessary. Undo or history features, if offered, do not replace your own verification or business-continuity processes. Final wording must match the shipped recovery behaviour.
8. Third-party services
Wunder Edit depends on Shopify and may use other service providers. Their availability, APIs and terms are outside our control. Shopify is not responsible for Wunder Edit, and use of Shopify remains subject to your agreement with Shopify.
9. Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages, rate limits and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in the app, site, branding, documentation and underlying technology. You retain rights in your data. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or where required by Shopify or law. You may stop using the app and uninstall it through Shopify. Provisions intended to survive termination will do so.
13. Effect of uninstalling
Uninstalling revokes the app’s Shopify access and ends active use. Billing, data retention and deletion follow Shopify rules, these terms and our data deletion process.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be excluded. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
TODO: Legal counsel must add an appropriate liability cap, exclusions and carve-outs for the governing law, customer profile and insurance arrangements.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for third-party claims arising from unlawful content, misuse of the service or breach of these terms. TODO: Confirm scope and procedure with legal counsel.
17. Changes
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Governing law and disputes
TODO: Confirm governing law with legal counsel. TODO: Add jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process.
